Accueil et analyse

Recueillir les informations relatives au projet, telles que les objectifs, le style, le budget et les fonctionnalités spécifiques. Identifier les éléments clés, les exigences prioritaires, ainsi que les risques et les limites potentiels du projet. Préparer un résumé des exigences et des informations du projet afin que toutes les parties prenantes comprennent et approuvent l'objectif global.

Conceptualisation

Recueillez des idées auprès de votre équipe de conception interne. Élaborez plusieurs concepts préliminaires en fonction des besoins du client. Sélectionnez une ou deux idées principales et développez-les en un concept global pour le projet. Préparez des planches d'inspiration, des croquis rapides ou des cartes mentales pour présenter les idées initiales au client et recueillir ses premiers retours.

Conception technique

Développer le concept en élaborant des plans architecturaux et d'aménagement intérieur détaillés, intégrant de larges perspectives, des jeux de lumière contrastés et des proportions harmonieuses. Fournir des visualisations 3D et des rendus en perspective pour garantir la cohérence du style et de la fonctionnalité.

Marchés de travaux

Élaborer des plans techniques finaux complets intégrant les détails architecturaux, structurels, MEP (mécanique, électricité, plomberie) et d'aménagement intérieur, incluant les dimensions précises, les spécifications des matériaux et les nomenclatures de finitions. Produire une documentation détaillée pour la communication avec l'entrepreneur, la conformité réglementaire et l'estimation des coûts. Ces plans garantissent une exécution efficace, une construction de haute qualité et la résolution rapide de tout problème sur le chantier.

Direction de travaux

Surveillez de près l'avancement de la construction de chaque élément, contrôlez la qualité en continu et comparez-la aux plans. Informez régulièrement les clients, corrigez rapidement les écarts et veillez au respect des délais. Engagez-vous à atteindre les normes de sécurité et de qualité optimales avant la livraison aux clients.
